Matt Montalvo Photography

Matt Montalvo is a multi-award-winning photographer who specializes in wedding documentation. He has been turning memories into art since his company was established in 2007 and he has since photographed over 800 weddings as a lead shooter. He typically shoots between 60-70 weddings a year. He is based out of Austin but shoots worldwide. He graduated from Texas State University with a degree in photography.

He believes that rather than just shooting a series of impersonal pictures and watching the clock, he focuses on documenting the story of your wedding day with his camera, creativity, and passion. Matt feels that having your wedding professionally photographed should be one of the highlights of your wedding day.

Matt personally handles every aspect of Matt Montalvo Photography. He will be the one taking photos on your wedding day, editing the photos, designing your album, and answering your e-mails. Matt doesn’t believe in outsourcing his work and tries his best to offer an unmatched level of customer service.

As well as capturing beautiful photos with his camera, he takes great pride in his meticulous editing so you look perfect. He smooths skin, removes blemishes, enhances colors, removes distractions, and uses many other tools in his arsenal to ensure the perfect wedding photos.
